Nejv\u00edce se koncentruje v kv\u011btenstv\u00ed. V konop\u00ed vznik\u00e1 p\u0159em\u011bnou kyseliny tetrahydrokanabinolov\u00e9 vlivem tepla (spalov\u00e1n\u00ed rostlinn\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu, va\u0159en\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed podobn\u00e9 \u00fapravy). Po po\u017eit\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bkem (inhalac\u00ed \u010di or\u00e1ln\u011b) doch\u00e1z\u00ed k nav\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed THC na kanabinoidn\u00ed receptory CB1, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v mozku. To m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed bolesti, stimulace chuti k j\u00eddlu \u010di \u00falevu od nevolnost\u00ed. Do budoucna se s THC pro jeho velk\u00fd potenci\u00e1l po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 coby s v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm protirakovinn\u00fdm prost\u0159edkem. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vky u\u017eivateli mohou pozm\u011bnit vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dasu a prostoru, navodit euforick\u00e9 pocity a tak\u00e9 vyvolat nekontrolovateln\u00e9 z\u00e1chvaty sm\u00edchu nebo naopak smutku a beznad\u011bje. Mezi dal\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdznamn\u00fdmi kanabinoidy, kter\u00e9 se v konop\u00ed nach\u00e1z\u00ed, jsou:  Kanabidiol (CBD), kter\u00fd nen\u00ed psychoaktivn\u00ed a v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b velmi cen\u011bn\u00fd pro sv\u016fj velk\u00fd potenci\u00e1l, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee realizovat v medic\u00edn\u011b. M\u00e1 protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9, antiepileptick\u00e9, uklid\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed, antioxida\u010dn\u00ed,neuroprotektivn\u00ed a analgetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky, je\u017e st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b proch\u00e1z\u00ed nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdzkumy. Kanabichromen (CBC) je t\u0159et\u00ed nejobs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00ed slo\u017ekou konop\u00ed. Nem\u00e1 psychotropn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky, ale zesiluje \u00fa\u010dinky THC a podle n\u011bkter\u00fdch v\u00fdzkum\u016f i CBD. A\u010dkoli v\u00fdzkum vyu\u017eit\u00ed konop\u00ed v medic\u00edn\u011b st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b prob\u00edh\u00e1, v\u011bdci nejv\u00edce vyzdvihuj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b dv\u011b l\u00e1tky v t\u00e9to rostlin\u011b nejobs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00ed \u2013 CBD a THC. Jak\u00fd je tedy mezi nimi vlastn\u011b vztah a \u010d\u00edm se od sebe li\u0161\u00ed? Ten nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl ji\u017e byl uveden v\u00fd\u0161e \u2013 zat\u00edmco THC je psychoaktivn\u00ed, CBD intoxika\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky nem\u00e1. Navz\u00e1jem na sebe m\u016f\u017eou ale p\u016fsobit. Nejprve je t\u0159eba pochopit z\u00e1klad jejich fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 z t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek do t\u011bla vstupuje prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm receptor\u016f, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed r\u016fzn\u011b po t\u011ble. Pomoc\u00ed endokanabinoidn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu (EKS), kter\u00fd je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm pro bioregulaci a udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed homeostaze v organismu, pak ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 fyziologick\u00e9 funkce. Hlavn\u00edm receptorem, kter\u00fd je za toto zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd, je CB1. Ten je nejv\u00edce obsa\u017een v mozku a vlastn\u011b cel\u00e9 nervov\u00e9 soustav\u011b. Pro aktivaci psychoaktivn\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f THC je t\u0159eba jeho propojen\u00ed s t\u00edmto receptorem. S t\u00edmto CB1 receptorem \u00fa\u010dinkuje tak\u00e9 CBD, ale \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. On ho toti\u017e neaktivuje, ale naopak znesnad\u0148uje jeho aktivaci jin\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami, tak\u017ee vlastn\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku mezi vz\u00e1jemn\u00fdm nav\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00edm THC a CB1 receptorem. Proto je tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pom\u011br obou kanabinoid\u016f v jednotliv\u00fdch produktech z konop\u00ed. Pokud toti\u017e chceme u\u017e\u00edvat konop\u00ed pouze pro jeho zdravotn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky (a nikoli pro dos\u00e1hnut\u00ed rau\u0161e), je pro n\u00e1s \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed vysok\u00fd obsah CBD a n\u00edzk\u00fd THC. Kombinace THC a CBD je tak\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed pro p\u0159\u00edpad sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch vedlej\u0161\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f, kter\u00fdmi jsou v\u00fdpadky pam\u011bti, \u00fazkost, deprese, sucho v \u00fastech \u010di nevolnost. V\u011bt\u0161inou plat\u00ed obecn\u00e1 rovnice, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm v\u00edce bude CBD v pom\u011bru k THC, t\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b t\u011bchto ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch vliv\u016f lze o\u010dek\u00e1vat. Naopak m\u016f\u017ee prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm vlivu CBD doch\u00e1zet k zesilov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f THC, jako je t\u0159eba potla\u010den\u00ed bolesti. Bohu\u017eel st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b chyb\u00ed klinick\u00e9 d\u016fkazy a v\u00fdzkumy, kter\u00e9 by ur\u010dily, jak\u00fd pom\u011br l\u00e9\u010div\u00fdch l\u00e1tek je vhodn\u00fd pro konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed diagn\u00f3zu pacienta.
